State User Defined categories are fields used to store state required data for which web2school does not have fields. These fields are for unique pieces of data or for data that would require a very long selection list. Examples of these types of data are Medicaid ID, which is unique for each student or Native Language for which there is a very long federal list.
Every field that is created here in the setup section of the program becomes available to each student in the database under the Administration-State Utility menu option.
