Elementary Grades - Update Rosters

This option allows you to update existing grade books with new information from scheduling. Typically this would be used if a new course has been added to the master schedule and needs to be added to the appropriate grade book also. This tool will add new courses and students to existing grade books.

Note: This tool does not remove students from grade books. Students who have been removed from a class roster in scheduling must be removed manually from the appropriate grade book.

Steps

1. Click on the Tools Menu and select Global.
2. Click on the Global Menu and select Elementary Grades.
3. From the Elementary Grades Menu select Update Rosters.
4. Click the Get List button to display a list of all teachers with grade books.
5. Click on the teacher(s) whose rosters you wish to update.
6. Click OK to begin updating.
