Add A Grade Reporting Comment
You may define teacher comments to be used in grade reporting. These comments may be selected to appear on student report cards and may be available for use in progress reports.
Steps
- Click on the Setup Menu and
select Grades.
- From the Grades Menu select Comments
and then Grade Reporting.
- The program displays the Configure
Grade Reporting Comments window.
- Click on the Add button to
display the Add Comment Information window.
- The Comment ID number is
generated automatically by the system, but it can be overwritten if
you would like to select a number. .
- Click in the Comment field
and type the new comment as it should appear on the student report card.
- If you would like to include this comment in your Progress Report
comment list, check the Add To
Progress Comments box.
- Click OK to return to the
configuration window.
- Click OK to save your new
comments.
