Add A Progress Report Comment
You may define teacher comments to be used in progress reports. These comments may be selected to appear on student progress reports and may be made available for use in grade reports.
Steps
- Click on the Setup Menu and
select Grades.
- From the Grades Menu select Comments
and then Progress Reporting.
- The program displays the Configure
Progress Reporting Comments window.
- Click on the Add button to
display the Add Comment Information window.
- The Comment ID number is
generated automatically by the system, but can be overridden if necessary.
- Click in the Comment field
and type the new comment as it should appear on the student progress report.
- To add the same comment to the Grade Reporting Comment list, check
the Add To Grade Comments box.
- Click OK to return to the
configuration window.
- Click OK to save your new comments.
