Rebuild Transcripts

This option rebuilds the transcript database from the year in which you are working forrward. To rebuild the transcript it takes report cards, existing transcript data and courses entered manually into the transcript and pushes them to the future years. If you have a large database this could take several minutes.

1. Click on the ToolsMenu and select Global.
2. Click on the Global Menu and select Grade Reporting.
3. From the Grade Reporting Menu select Transcript.
4. The program asks if you are sure. Click OK to continue.
5. The program advises you when it is finished updating.
