Delete Daily Care or Other Screenings Item

Use the following steps to add a Daily Care or Other Screenings Item.

  1. Click on Administration -> Health Desk, then click Health Setup.
  2. Click on the Daily Care and Other Screenings tab.
  3. Under Daily Cares or Other Screenings, click on the Item to be deleted.
  4. Click on the Delete button at the bottom of the list.
  5. If the Item has been assigned to a student, a message is displayed saying that the item cannot be deleted.
  6. If the Item has not been assigned, you are asked if you are sure. Click Yes to delete the item.
