- Click on the Reports Menu
and select System Reports.
The program displays the Configure
And Print Reports window.
- Click on the arrow in the Select
Report Type field an select a report types. Report types
include Student Reports, Daily Attendance Reports, Class Attendance
Reports etc.
- Click on the arrow in the Select
Report Name field and select the report to be printed. If
additional information is required, a secondary window will display
and ask for that information. Enter the appropriate data and click OK.
- Depending on the report you select, a window may display that looks for additional input regarding the report you have requested. The Options button will allow you to re-open that window if you need to make changes.
- Click on the arrow in the Print One
Report For Each field and select an option to break up
reports. For example, if you choose Print One Report For Each
Homeroom, the program prints a separate copy of the selected report
for every homeroom in the system that has students. If you choose
school, it prints all students on one report. The options in this field vary depending on the report requested.
- If you would like to filter the report you can pick one or
more filter items. For example, if you want a report for a single
year of graduation, in the Filter Name
field select YOG, then click the box beside the appropriate years of graduation.
- Click View to open up a
viewer and see the report. You can then select File-Print
button in the to print the report.
Note: Some reports are set up to print Landscape (side ways) and
others are setup to print Portrait (up and down). We recommend going
to File-Print Preview on your browser to view the report. If the page
breaks are not correct, within the Print Preview select Page Setup.
On the Page Setup window try changing from Portrait to Landscape and
vice versa to correct the page break problem.
