This option allows you to configure how transcripts are printed for
your school. This configuration is saved and is available to anyone
with report permissions for grade reporting.

Definition
School Information
School Name
Displays the name configured for your school by Wicked Good Software.
School Code
Optional. Use only if you would like to include it on the transcript.
Address Line 1
First line of your school address.
Address Line 2
Second line of your school address.
City, State, Zip
City, State and Zip that should be printed on your transcript.
Phone, Fax
Phone and Fax numbers that should be printed on your transcript.
Grading And Credit Info
Additional information about your grading system. For example, if you
are a letter grade school you may want to include number grade equivalents.
Significant Dates
These fields allow you to print dates such as graduation dates or
dates of enrollment in the bottom right corner of the student
transcript.
Sorting
Sort Course By
Allows you to sort courses on the transcript by department or by
year. For example, you can group all of the English courses together,
then History, then Math or you can group all 9th grade courses
together, then 10th, etc.
Include
Zero Credit Courses
Courses that have no credit associated with them, not because the
course has been failed, but because they have no credit value.
Credit History
Prints Credits to Graduation by department across the bottom of the
transcript form.
Graduation Year
Prints the student's year of graduation at the bottom of the transcript.
Course Exams
Includes Exams associated with specific courses on the student report
card and transcript. For example, in New York students must take
Regents exams that are associated with some of their classes. The
exam grade is reported on the report card and also on the transcript.
Standardized Tests
Includes tests listed in the Exams section of the Transcript tab on
the student window. These exams are printed at the end of the list of
courses on the transcript.
State Course Info
Allows you to print the State Course Names entered in your Course
Catalog or directly on the Student Transcript instead of the standard
course names.
GPA/QPA
Allows you to select which GPA if any to include on student transcripts.
Rank In Class
Allows you to select which rank in class if any to include on student transcripts.
Course Type
Course Type
Items in this section with a check mark are included in the
transcript. Course types are associated with courses on the
Transcript Tab in the Student Information window.
Buttons
Save
Saves your current transcript configuration.
Select Students
Opens the Select Students window from which you can select multiple student transcripts for printing.
