Add Students To Priority List
- Click on the AdministrationMenu
and select Schedule Builder.
- From the Schedule Builder Menu
select Student Priority.
- When the Student Priority window is open you can either type in the
student ID numbers pressing Enter after each one or you can select
students from a list clicking the right arrow after each one.
- To Type ID Numbers: Click on Type
Student ID Number & Enter to mark it with a dot. Type ID
number and press Enter on
your keyboard, Type the next ID number and press Enter
on your keyboard. As students are added the numbers and names are
displayed in the list on the right.
- To Select Students: Click on Select
Students to mark it with a dot. Click on a student in the the
list displayed and click the right arrow on the screen to move the it
to the list of students. Continue adding until all students have been entered.
- Click OK at the bottom of
the window to save.
