Add An Assessment Source

1. Click on the Administration Menu and select Standards.

2. From the Standards Menu select Assessment Source. The program displays the current list of sources.

3. Click the Add button to display the Add Assessment Source Information window.

4. Click in the ID field and enter an abbreviation for this source.

5. Click in the Name field and enter a description for this assessment source.

6. Click OK to save.
