Modify A Benchmark

NOTE: Only the Description of a Benchmark can be modified. The abbreviation cannot be modified because it provides the link to items that are lower on the hierarchy.

1. Click on the Setup Menu and select Standards.

2. From the Standards Menu select Benchmark Information.

3. The Benchmark Information window is displayed. Click in the Select Organization field and choose the Organization within which you are working.

4. Click in the Subject Area field and choose the appropriate Subject Area.

5. Click in the SubGroup field and choose the appropriate SubGroup.

6. Click on the item to be modified.

7. Click the Modify button at the top of the window.

8. Modify the appropriate fields and click OK.
