Mass Update Entry Dates - Personnel

Every year before school starts all personnel must be assigned to a calendar and be given an entry date. Giving personnel entry dates enrolls them for attendance purposes. Using the Personnel Entry Dates window you can assign a calendar and an entry date to one person, one or more people by ID number or all active people in the personnel database.

Note: If you assign a calendar and entry date after school has started, any attendance data that has been recorded for the personnel being assigned will be deleted. If this is for a new staff member just entering the school it will not cause a problem. Changing a staff member from one calendar to another deletes any attendance he may already have.
