The Attendance System allows you to track daily attendance for students and personnel. The system assumes all students and personnel are Present every day. Only those students or personnel who are not Present need to be updated. In addition to assigning students or personnel to an attendance category, you can enter a time entered or dismissed and a reason.
Class cuts can also be entered for each student for each period of the day. Depending on the configuration selected for class cuts, entering cuts will also update your daily attendance.
Note: The Attendance System requires that at least one school calendar exist under Setup-Calendar and that students/personnel be enrolled (i.e. assigned to a calendar and have an entry date).
