Calendar

The Calendar window allows you to create multiple calendars for your school. Students and personnel can be associated with any one of the calendars you create allowing you to track their daily attendance. Different calendars can be used for groups of students that do not attend school the same number of days, such as the kindergartners or the seniors.

Days within each calendar can be either half days or whole days. Up to 10 terms are associated with each calendar. Terms associated with calendars are used to break up reports by term, to determine how many grading periods there are within a given school year and how many terms must be scheduled in the Master Schedule.
