Mass Update User Defined Categories

User-defined categories allow you to create data fields for data that web2school does not store. These fields allow you to store unique data about each student in your database. For example, you could store Locker Number in one field and Combination in another. You could include after-school activities, club membership, etc. If you have one student or a group of students with the same user defined data, you can use the global assigning process to add the data to the student database. Using the Assign Global Data - User Defined Categories window you can select a User Defined field and enter the data that should be stored there for a number of students, by gender, one or more years of graduation, one or more homerooms, or all students in a sub-category.
