Add Motivation - Setup

Motivation is an optional field that indicates the reason a student committed the infraction. Examples of motivation would be Anger, Sibling Issues, Home Situation etc.

Steps

1. Click on the Setup Menu and select Discipline.
2. The program displays the Discipline Information window.
3. Click on the Motivation Tab to select it.
4. Click on the Add button to display the Add Motivation window.
5. Click on the Description field and type the name of the Motivation (i.e. Sibling Issues or Response to Bullying).
6. Click OK to save and display the new item on the Discipline Information window.
