- Click on the AdministrationMenu
and select Discipline.
- Click on the Discipline Menu
and select Update Demerits.
- Click in the Start Date
field and type the first date (mm/dd/yyyy) for which you would like
to view a list of students with infractions.
- Click in the End Date field
and type the last date (mm/dd/yyyy) for which you would like to view
a list of students with infractions.
- In Field you must select
your search preference.
If you select Name, leave
the Value field blank to
display all students in the school or type a last name in the Value
field to get a specific student. The selected student(s) are
displayed if they have infractions on the dates selected.
If you select System ID,
type the appropriate ID in the Value
field. The selected student is displayed if he has infractions on the
dates selected.
If you select Homeroom, type
the appropriate homeroom name or number in the Value
field. The selected student(s) are displayed if they have infractions
on the dates selected.
If you select YOG, type the
appropriate Year of Graduation in the Value
field. The selected student(s) are displayed if they have infractions
on the dates selected.
- Click in the Order by field
to select the sort order for the list. You can sort by Date, ID,
Name, Infraction, Action Taken or Demerits. Click the Get
List button to display the list of students.
- As students complete whatever restitution has been assigned to them
you can click on the check box next to their names to indicate that
the demerits associated with that infraction should be removed. .
- Click View Text to display
the data in a text editor for printing.
- Click OK to save your changes.
