Elementary Grades - Modify Grade Definitions

Steps

1. Click on the Setup Menu and select Elementary Grades.
2. From the Elementary Grades Menu select Grade Definitions. The program displays the Grade Definitions window.
3. Click the Get List button at the top of the window to display all of the Grade Definition Sets.
4. Click on the Set to be modified and click the Modify button.
5. Click in the Name or the Comment field and type over the existing data to modify.
6. Click on a grade and click the Modify button at the top of the window to change a grade or a description.
7. To save the modified Grade Definition Set, click OK.
