and select Elementary Grades.
- From the Elementary Grades Menu
select Edit Grades.
- If you are an administrator, click on the arrow in the Teacher
field and select the teacher whose grade book you wish to
access. If you are a teacher, your information should be displayed in
the Teacher Field.
- Click in the Term field and
select the appropriate Term.
- Click in the Course field
and select the Course/Section for which you are adding grades. You
can also select All Courses to see all courses that you teach to the
selected student.

and select the student to be displayed.

appropriate field and type the grade. Press Enter
to go down to the next field.

click the Grade Legend
button. On the Grade Legend window select the appropriate legend.
- To Remove A Grade, click in
the appropriate field and back-space over the grade.
- To Enter Notes, click the Term
Notes button. If notes already exist, an asterisk (*) is displayed on
the button. Some report card types only print term notes. Other

Notes stores one set of notes per Teacher/Student combination. So,
even if this student takes 5 classes from you, there is only one term
notes window for that student in your grade book.

appropriate item and type the notes needed.

Text button. All data shown on the screen is displayed in a
text viewer. Click File-Print to print this out.

only one course is selected. Then, click the Edit/View
Skills button to access the Skills Information window (see
the section on Adding Skills for step-by-step instructions).

the Previous and Next
buttons to scroll from student to student alphabetically or click in
the student field and select a student from the list.
