The Grade Definitions window allows you to create custom grades for your school. The database comes with standard grades already entered. If you use grades 1-100 on report cards, those will be included for you. If you use A-F on report cards, those will be included for you.
Note: Once you have used any grade either on a report card or a transcript, you can no longer modify or delete grades. When a new year is created and no grades have yet been used, you could modify or remove grades in that new year.
