Progress Report Comments

Progress Report comments are used along with the students term average to provide additional information to parents in the middle of the grading period. Comments are stored in a comment database and are labeled numerically. When a comment is added to a progress report for a course, only the comment number is used. When the Progress Report is printed, the text for that comment is printed along with the term average. For each course a teacher can give two comments, free form comments, plus the average.
