This setup option allows you to change the titles of your report card columns. In order to use the Report Card headings window, you must have at least one calendar entered and each calendar must have term dates defined. See Add Calendar.
The number of terms in your calendar determines the number of grade reporting terms. For example, if your calendar has 4 terms defined, the program assumes you issue report cards 4 times a year. If your calendar has 3 terms defined, the program assumes you issue report cards 3 times a year. If your calendar has 6 terms, the program assumes you issue report cards 6 times a year.
Each student who is enrolled in your school should be assigned to a calendar. This determines the report card type for that student. We do not recommend mixing the number of terms in a grade level. For example, if you have part of your 10th grade on a 4 term calendar and the rest on a 6 term calendar, you will have difficulties printing report cards.
