The Daily Care and Other Screenings window allows you to create a database of Daily Care items and Other Screenings you will be tracking for each student. Items can be added to these lists as needed throughout the school year.
Other Screenings refers to screenings other than Hearing, Vision, Growth and Development, Spinal, and Dental, all of which are accessible in the student’s health information. Often, physical exams are entered here, for example.
The View Text button invokes the default text viewer, allowing you to display all items that are setup under this tab. This may be printed by selecting File -> Print.
NOTE: You cannot delete an item from a list if it has been assigned to a student in your database. Items that have never been assigned can be deleted or modified.
