Modify An Assessment

NOTE: Modifying the Name, Source, Type or Grade Level fields affects all instances of this assessment. Modifying the associated Course or Objectives affects only the selected instance.

  1. Click on the Administration Menu and select Standards.

  2. From the Standards Menu select Assessment.

  3. Click Get List to display the list of Assessments in the system.

  4. Click on the Assessment to be modified.

  5. Click the Modify button to display the Modify Assessment window.

  6. Edit the necessary fields.

  7. If you wish to modify an instance of the selected assessment, click on the instance number and click the Modify button at the bottom of the window to display the Modify Assessment Instance window.

  8. On that window you can delete objectives by selecting the objective and clicking the Delete button. You can add objectives by clicking the Add button. You can change the associated course by selecting a different course.

  9. Edit the appropriate fields and click OK to save your changes.
