View Student GPA/QPA Information

This window is accessed from the Transcript Tab on the Student Information window. It displays the most recently calculated GPA, QPA, Honor Roll averages and rank in class for the selected student. It also includes the name of the Honor Roll for this student and the grading period for which the last calculation was done.

Steps

1. Click on the AdministrationMenu and select Students to display the Student Search Window.
2. Search for a student and click the Modify button at the top of the window to display the Student Information Window.
3. Click on the Transcript Tab to select it.
4. On the Transcript Tab, click on the View GPA/QPA button to display the screen shown above.
5. The button next to the Honor Roll Name field allows you to view the reasons a student has not been included on an Honor Roll. Click this button to view the Honor Roll Reason window.



6. Click Close to return to the GPA/QPA window.
7. Click Close again to return to the Student Information window.
