Student Information - Transcript Tab

The Transcript Tab is a compilation of a student's grade history. In the Course section the program displays any courses from previous or current report cards that have received grades/credits and that are marked as Include in Transcript. In addition you can add courses to this section for students that transfer into your school, go to summer school or participate in a course not offered at your school. Any courses listed here are printed on the student's transcript.

If you find an error and need to change a grade you must do one of the following:

  1. If it is a grade that came from a report card you must return to that report card to edit the grade even if it is in a previous year. When the grade is changed it will roll forward across years to the most recent year.
  2. If it is a course/grade that was added manually to the transcript, such as a transfer course, you must return to the year in which it was entered and change it on the Student Transcript Tab. When the grade is changed it will roll forward across years to the most recent year.

In the Exams section you can list standardized tests that the student has taken. These will be printed on the Transcript immediately following the list of courses.

The View Credits button allows you to view credits earned by department. The View GPA/QPA allows you to view the last GPA that was calculated for this student.
