Delete Transcript Course
Note: Courses that come from report cards (type R) cannot be deleted
on the Transcript Tab. They must be deleted from the original report
card. Courses that were added to the transcript in prior years must
be deleted in the year in which they were added. That may not
necessarily be the year in which they were taken.
Steps
- Click on the AdministrationMenu
and select Students to
display the Student Search Window.
- Search for the
appropriate student and click the Modify
button at the top of the window to display the Student
Information Window.
- Click on the Transcript Tab
to select it.
- In the Course section of the
Transcript Tab, click on the course
to be deleted.
- Click the Delete button to
remove the course from the transcript.
- Click OK on the Student window.
Note: Changes to grades on the transcript affect GPA and QPA values.
It is recommended that you run GPA/QPA calculations after editing the transcript.
