Modify Transcript Course
Note: Courses that come from report cards (type R) cannot be modified
on the Transcript Tab. They must be modified on the original report
card. Courses that were added to the transcript in prior years must
be modified in the year in which they were added.
- Click on the AdministrationMenu
and select Students to
display the Student Search Window.
- Search for the
appropriate student and click the Modify
button at the top of the window to display the Student
Information Window.
- Click on the Transcript Tab
to select it.
- In the Course section of the
Transcript Tab, click on the course
to be modified.
- Click the Modify button to
display the Modify Transcript Course Information window.
- Modify the appropriate fields and click OK
to save your changes.
- Click OK on the Student window.
Note: Changes to grades on the transcript affect GPA and QPA values.
It is recommended that you run GPA/QPA calculations after editing the transcript.
