Health Information

The Health Information window allows you to create a database with lists of Allergies, Medications, and Chronic Conditions you will be tracking for each student. Items can be added to these lists as needed throughout the school year.

NOTE: You cannot delete an item from a list if it has been assigned to any student in your database. Items that have never been assigned can be deleted.

NOTE: Items that are modified will be modified for all students in the database. For example, if you have an Allergy named Chocolate and you change that to Dark Chocolate, all students who were assigned to Chocolate will now have Dark Chocolate on their health record. Case alone cannot be modified.
