Nurse's Log Information

The Nurse's Log Information window allows you to create a database of the types of information you will be tracking for each student that comes to the nurse's office. Using this window you can create lists of Places where students have had a problem, Reasons that students come to the visit the nurse and Actions taken by the nurse. Items can be added to these lists as needed throughout the school year. Items can be added either on this window or when creating a log entry on the Nurse's Log of Daily Visits window.

The View Text button invokes the default text viewer, allowing you to display all items that are setup under this tab. This may be printed by selecting File -> Print.

NOTE: You cannot delete or modify an item from a list if it has been assigned to any student in your database. Items that have never been assigned can be deleted or modified.
