Students' records in the web2school program are accessed and edited using a Student Search window. From the Search window you can add new students, and modify or delete selected students. Search criteria includes Name, System ID Number, Homeroom, Year of Graduation, State ID, District ID or Inactive. Once the Search has been completed a list of matching students is displayed on the screen. Inactive students are not displayed unless their ID number is specifically selected or Inactive is selected in the Search By field.
When a student has been selected or the Add button has been clicked the user is taken to the Student Information window. This window contains basic student demographic information across the top. The remainder of the window consists of a series of tabs that allow the user to access every aspect of a student's record based on the software modules purchased by the school.
