Modify Discipline Incident - Student Window
        
            - Click on the Administration Menu 
    and select Students to 
 display the Student Search Window.
 
            - Search for a student and click the Modify 
    button at the top of the window to display the Student Information Window.
 
            - Click on the Discipline Tab 
    to select it and view this student's disciplinary record for the 
 current year.
 
            - Click on the incident to be modified and click Modify 
    to display the Modify Discipline Incident window.
 
            - If you are modifying suspensions/detentions, you cannot remove a day 
 if that day is marked as served.
 
            - Edit the appropriate fields and click Save to save the incident and close the Modify Discipline Incident window. Click Save and Notify if you wish to notify the administrator that you have modified a discipline incident. You may also add a note with additional information for the administrator.
 
            - Then click OK 
    on the Student Information window.
 
            Note: You will not be able to enter suspension/detention information 
 for a student who has not been assigned a calendar. Calendars 
 determine the days in the school year. See Update
 Entry Dates.
