Setup for Health may be done using the Health Setup option under the Setup Menu or under Administration - Health Desk. There are four setup windows denoted by tabbed headings: Health Information, Nurse’s Log, Daily Care and Other Screenings, and Immunizations. Data for all windows can be added to as needed. Note that if you will be sending students to another school using web2school, it is important that data on the Health Information window matches amongst the schools (i.e. field names, not positions in lists), so that the program can import student health history along with the other student demographic data at the next school.
