Modify Personnel
        
            - Click on the AdministrationMenu 
    and select Personnel to 
 display the Personnel Search Window.
 
            - Search for a the appropriate 
 person and click the Modify 
    button to display the Personnel 
 Information Window.
 
            - When the Personnel Information Window is displayed, click on the 
 appropriate Tab and modify the necessary data.
 
            - When all of your changes have been made, click on OK.
