Personnel

This section of the program allows you to enter data about the personnel at your school. Information such as addresses and telephone numbers can be stored. For personnel that are teachers you can store certification information, district and school entry dates, homeroom information and the teacher's schedule (assuming you have the Scheduling System). Attendance data can be kept for personnel if you have the Attendance System.

Basic data is stored at the top of the window with more detailed data accessed by the Tabs across the middle. Click on the Tab name to access that information. If a Tab is clicked but does not display, that particular module has not been purchased or you may not have permission for that information.

Note: Personnel cannot be deleted, only marked Inactive.
