This section of the program is accessed using the Tools Menu. It provides access to global operations such as assigning one or more students to entry dates, descriptive categories, user-defined categories and homerooms. This process is much faster than opening each student's record and updating them individually. Students can be assigned by ID, a list of IDs, Year of Graduation, Descriptive Category or all students in the school.
This section of the program also allows you to select a specific ID for a new student rather than allow the program to select the ID. It gives you options for updating grade books and deleting sets of data from scheduling.
